- Oppo Reno 12 Pro starts at CNY 3,399 (roughly Rs. 39,800) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It comes in two more variants: 16GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB priced at CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs. 43,300) and CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 46,800) respectively. Please note that these are sale prices for the 16GB model.
- It comes in three color options: Silver Fantasy Purple, Ebony Black and Champagne Gold.
- The Reno 12 has been launched at a starting price of CNY 2,699 (roughly Rs. 31,500) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It comes in three more variants: 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 256GB.

Features and specifications of Oppo Reno 12 Pro, Reno 12
The Oppo Reno 12 Pro and Reno 12 feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1200 nits peak brightness. The Reno 12 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ Star Speed Edition, while the Reno 12 comes with the Dimensity 8250 Star Speed Edition. Both phones are available with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of onboard storage.
In the photography department, the Reno 12 series sports a 50MP wide-angle lens, a 50MP portrait lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. For selfie, you get 50MP front camera in Reno 12 and 12 Pro.
The primary camera is a Sony IMX890 with OIS (seen on the Tecno Camon 30 in India), an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP 2x telephoto lens. Both phones have a 50MP front camera for selfies. Both smartphones also pack a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. On the software front, the Reno 12 series runs on ColorOS 14 with Android 14 out of the box.
The new Reno 12 phones are also equipped with AI. Just like the Magic Eraser, the OPPO Reno 12 features AI-based closed-eye correction, object elimination and cutouts to remove objects from photos so you can easily remove objects. It also lets you create recording summaries, teach English language, and scan documents with one click with AI.
Oppo Reno 12 series: What are the upgrades?
The Oppo Reno 12 series replaces the Reno 11 series that was launched in November last year. This is a shorter launch cycle for the Reno series compared to other phones. If we compare the Reno 12 phones with the Reno 11 series, the display remains the same but Oppo has increased the RAM capacity from 12GB to 16GB. The cameras have also received an upgrade with a 32MP sensor replacing the 50MP portrait lens.
Another significant upgrade is in the battery department. The Reno 11 series packs a 4,800mAh battery with 67W fast charging, while the Reno 12 phones come with a 5,000mAh battery and 80W fast charging support.
