We ran the PC Mark Work 3.0 battery life test to find out the battery capacity of both phones. This test determines how long the battery can last with a continuous video loop. In this test, the POCO F6 lasted 11 hours and 42 minutes, while the Realme GT 6T worked for 13 hours and 16 minutes. The extra 500mAh battery gives the Realme GT 6T a clear edge over the POCO F6.

For real-world testing, we streamed a 30-minute YouTube video on both smartphones at maximum resolution, 50 percent brightness, and audio level. After the test, the Realme GT 6T saw a battery drop of 3 percent (165mAh), while the POCO F6 saw a battery drop of 4 percent (200mAh).

Gaming Tests
The Realme GT 6T also performed better in our gaming tests, which included 30-minute sessions per game for BGMI, Call of Duty Mobile, and Real Racing 3. The average total battery drop on the POCO F6 after 90 minutes was 7 percent (350mAh), similar results were seen in the case of the Realme GT 6T where the battery dropped by 7 percent (385mAh).

Both Realme and POCO include a 120W power adapter in the box; however, only the Realme GT 6T can utilize its full potential, as the POCO F6 only supports 90W turbocharging.
