The Realme Norzo 10 has just been announced in India and will be between the current crop of Realme C and the Realme 6 Series.

It goes with the build quality as opposed to something like the Redmi Note 9 Pro, which is inspired by the Realme XMaster version. The phone is very competitively priced in the Indian market and it can be a bit confusing if you want to buy a mid-range phone for yourself.

So, we thought we should take a look at the specifications of the Realme Norzo 10 compared to the Redmi Note 9 Pro and its distant cousin, the Realme 6. This is how narco 10 rates in a description-based comparison.

The single variant with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at Rs 11,999. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 9 Pro starts at Rs 13,999 for the base variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, while the variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at Rs 16,999. Similarly, the RealMe 6 base variant is priced at Rs 13,999 with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, while the 6GB RAM variant with 128GB storage is priced at Rs 15,999. And the Max-version version with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage is priced at Rs 16,999.

Most phones in the sub-Rs 15,000 price range include polycarbonate with textured patterns on the back. The Redmi Note 8 Pro is the only phone that comes with Gorilla Glass 5 protection on three smartphones, front panel, and front. All three phones can withstand normal water splashes but it is not recommended to take these phones anywhere near the water.

The Noro 10 has a 6.5-inch HD + (1600 x 720 pixels) resolution display with a waterdrop notch cutout on the front for the selfie camera. This gives the screen a 20: 9 aspect ratio and an 82 percent screen-to-body ratio. The screen on the Redmi Note 9 Pro is slightly larger with a 6.67-inch full HD + (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution display and punch-hole cutout for selfie camera advance.
RealMe6, on the other hand, has a 6.5-inch full HD + (2400 x 1080 pixels) resolution display with a punch-hole cutout at the top left corner. It gives the screen a 20: 9 aspect ratio and is topped with a layer of Gorilla Glass 3 like the Norzo 10. Having said this, one of the most interesting features of the screen is its high 90Hz refresh rate.

Both the Norzo 10 and Note 9 Pro come with a 48MP primary camera and the Realme 6 has a 64MP quad-camera setup. In the Norzo 10, the 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera features a 119-degree viewing field, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP black-and-white sensor to aid portraits.
The Note 9 Pro has a similar setup with an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. With the support of electronic image stabilization, the Norzo 10 can record at 30fps at 1080p but the Note 9 Pro can shoot 4K UHD videos at 30fps and slow-motion videos at 960fps.
Like the Realme 6, it comes with a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. It can record at 4K UHD at 30 fps and is supported by electronic image stabilization. All three phones have a 16MP front camera for selfies.

While Realme Norzo 10 is controlled by MediaTek Helio G80 chipset with octa-core CPU and Mali-G52 graphics, Redmi Note 9 Pro has Snapdragon 720G at its heart. Similarly, RealMe6 has an Helio G90T chipset with Mali-G76 graphics.

While the MediaTek chipsets are ready for the 12nm architecture process, Qualcomm makes the Snapdragon 720G using an 8nm dye cast that clocks octa cores up to 2.3GHz with an Adreno 618 GPU. Phones are available in different configurations of RAM and storage options to choose from.
All three phones work on Android 10 based interfaces, MIUI 11 for Xiaomi, and RealMUI for Marzo 10.

The Norzo 10 comes with a fingerprint sensor on the back panel, and the Note 9 Pro and Realme 6 feature side-mounted scanners for easy access and a hand unlock.
