Vodafone’s new MiFi Hotspot device is capable of delivering data speeds of up to 150 Mbps. Users with a 3G device and Wi-Fi feature can connect to the MiFi device from Vi to enjoy 4G speeds. This device, Vodafone Idea, offers a total of seven hours of battery backup capacity. It can also take up to 32GB of microSD cards.

The device is now capable of delivering downlink or download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and uplink to 50 Mbps. However, speed depends entirely on the 4G signal strength in your area. The Vi R217 4G MiFi has LTE bands of 800/900/1800/2100 / 2500Mhz, GSM bands of 900/1800 Mhz, and UMTS bands of 900/1800 / 2100Mhz.
