What's new in Xiaomi 14 Ultra?

The new Xiaomi 14 Ultra gets the faster Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 compared to its predecessor Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. This upgrade provides better and better performance. Xiaomi continues its partnership with Leica and the Sony LYT900 is the main sensor in the Xiaomi 14 Ultra 50MP Sony IMX989 sensor on the 13 Ultra. The company claims that the resulting images will be better with adequate details and rich colors. According to the brand, the low-light performance of the phone has also improved due to the new sensor and better optimization.

Xiaomi has also introduced a new Photography Suite attachment. It connects to the phone through USB Type-C port. It has a 1,500mAh battery and aims to provide more control and options to the camera hardware. The photography suite has a wave wheel that allows you to adjust/control camera options like mode, brightness, etc. It has a video recording shortcut button, which will start recording the video instantly. The photography attachment comes in black and white colors.

Xiaomi is also introducing satellite communications with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. It enables emergency communications via satellite when you are in areas where mobile networks are inaccessible. The company also launched a signal amplifier in areas where mobile signal is not available. It also covers the camera lens.
