Xiaomi’s next launch event will be held in the global market on October 4. The company will launch its first ever Redmi tablet alongside Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro on the mentioned date. Before the release of the Redmi Pad, Winfuture.de released a new report that lists all its features and shows pictures of them.
Redmi Pad specifications (rumored)
The Redmi Pad will arrive with a 10.61-inch LCD panel that produces a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz. The screen supports up to 400 nits of brightness, 1500:1 contrast ratio, and 10-bit colour.
Under the hood, the Redmi Pad will be equipped with an Helio G99 chipset. The SoC will be paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB UFS 2.2 storage. It will have an 8000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support.
8MP rear camera with autofocus support. On the front is an 8-megapixel camera with a 105-degree FOV angle. It will be equipped with a FocusFrame, which provides a wider field of view to accommodate more people in a single frame.
The tablet will offer other features such as the Android 12 operating system with MIUI tablet version and Dolby Atmos-certified quad speakers. It is 7 mm thick and weighs price (rumored)
The report also states that the Redmi Pad will be priced at around €250. It will be available in three colors: graphite gray, moonlight silver, and mint green. There is no word on whether the company has plans to release a 5G version of the tablet.
